Civic commitment as an extension of professional excellence.

We believe that professional excellence is not limited to the technical quality of the services we provide. It is also nourished by what we bring beyond the firm's doors: civic commitment, sensitivity towards the most vulnerable, historical memory, and the conviction that the law has a role to play in making society fairer and more just.

Each year we review our pro bono engagements and support, individually or as a firm, organisations that share our vision. Not out of obligation, nor as an image exercise, but because we believe a responsible professional cannot be indifferent to the context in which they live and work. Indifference, as history teaches us, comes at an extremely high cost.

The organisations we support differ in mission and scope, but are united by a common thread: the choice never to look the other way.

You Sport ADS APS.

Social inclusion through sport

Founded in Milan in 2020, You Sport ADS APS promotes social inclusion through sport, working for those left “outside the circle” because of their background, social, physical or intellectual condition. Its model rests on the conviction that play and sporting activity are tools for care and change, capable of turning diversity from a barrier into a resource. It always moves forward, leaving no one behind.

Claudio Ceriani, Chairman and founder of You Sport, drives with passion and vision a project that has made sport a genuine tool for social cohesion and cultural change.

Tetrabondi ETS.

Inclusion and the rights of people with disabilities

Founded in 2021, Tetrabondi ETS works to rewrite the paradigm of disability: dismantling stigma and stereotypes, restoring self-determination to people with disabilities and their carers, and building a world that is genuinely accessible to every mind and body. It does so through training, inclusive communication, legal and psychological support for families, and the promotion of alternative languages and cultural models. So that the world truly belongs to everyone.

Katja Besseghini is Chair of Tetrabondi ETS, a role that reflects a deep personal and professional commitment to rights, inclusion and the dignity of every person.

Memoriale della Shoah di Milano ETS.

Memory and civic commitment

Built beneath Milan Central Station, on the very site from which convoys departed for the extermination camps, the Milan Shoah Memorial is the only site in Europe to have survived intact among those that witnessed the deportations. It is not simply a place of memory: it is a living space for dialogue, education and dialogue between cultures and generations, so that what happened can never be forgotten - nor repeated. A single word is carved above its entrance wall: “Indifference”.

Katja Besseghini served for nearly two decades as Secretary General of the Memorial, contributing decisively to its institutional growth and educational mission. She remains a member of its Board of Supporters today.

Fondazione Archè ETS.

Support for vulnerable families and children

Founded in Milan in 1991 by Father Giuseppe Bettoni to respond to the paediatric HIV emergency, Fondazione Archè now supports vulnerable children and families in building social, housing and employment independence. It does so through reception communities, social housing, hospital and outreach projects, support for parenting, and employment programmes. A concrete, everyday presence alongside those who most need to be seen.

Every Christmas we enjoy stepping into the role of Father Christmas, bringing gifts to the children living in Fondazione Archè's communities: an appointment we look forward to with the same enthusiasm as our young recipients, and one that reminds us why we do what we do.

Our choice to stand alongside these organisations is no coincidence: it is an integral part of our professional and human identity. We believe that the law is an instrument of social justice, that technical competence must go hand in hand with civic sensitivity, and that commitment to the most vulnerable is a responsibility shared by anyone who has the means to act.
