Bio
He graduated in Law from the University of Rome in 2003 and has been a practising lawyer since 2006. He has been enrolled with the Milan Bar Association since 2012.
He completed an advanced Master's on Legislative Decree 231/2001, corporate compliance and drafting of organisational, management and control models, and a qualifying course for consumer and business over-indebtedness crisis managers.
He has developed specific expertise in employment law, real estate and insurance law. He advises SMEs and multinationals in both contentious and non-contentious matters, including corporate contract drafting.
