Maria Grazia has worked in the real estate sector for more than 20 years.
Over the years she has advised numerous Italian and international retailers in the luxury goods, IT, fast fashion, pet care and drugstore sectors on their real estate development across Italy. Her work includes legal assistance throughout negotiations for leases, business-unit rentals, department management arrangements and ancillary agreements such as key-money deals.
This experience has given her a deep understanding of market dynamics and best practice in the Italian real estate retail sector. She has also built significant out-of-court experience in the residential segment, particularly trophy properties, and in the office sector.
In real estate Maria Grazia also handles contentious matters and advises on commercial distribution issues, including franchising, distribution and agency.
