Over decades of practice working closely with the business community - from national mid-sized companies to large multinational groups - she has developed a solid command of corporate dynamics, both commercial and compliance-related. Her profile stands out for its deep knowledge of the consumer goods industry, e-commerce and new forms of digital marketing.

Throughout her career she has handled hundreds of matters concerning licensing, agency and commercial distribution, procurement, directors' and officers' liability, and M&A transactions.
