A lawyer with a solid career in the legal departments of major multinational groups, where she consolidated her expertise in corporate law and in planning and executing ordinary and extraordinary corporate transactions, including corporate governance matters.
She has gained deep knowledge of the legal and strategic aspects of large international businesses. Both as in-house counsel and as an external adviser, she has provided advisory and training services on corporate compliance and integrity and on administrative liability of entities under Legislative Decree 231/2001.
She serves as secretary, chair or external member on ethics committees and supervisory bodies.
