Alessandra has been part of the SCF Studio Legale team, now Leexè, since 2017. Since 2000 she has worked in industrial property and intellectual property more broadly, at leading firms in the field.
She has extensive experience across all aspects of intellectual property, advising Italian and international companies on the protection of their IP portfolios. She assists clients in judicial and arbitral proceedings in Italy and worldwide, and supports them in negotiating and drafting licence agreements for trade marks, patents, software, technology, know-how and copyright.
She also handles the protection of software, databases, know-how and trade secrets. She has been an arbitrator at the WIPO Arbitration and Mediation Center in Geneva since 2002 and at the Chamber of Commerce for domain name disputes since 2009.
