B-Corp certification, CSRD compliance, DEI policies and corporate welfare: sustainability as a legal strategy.

Sustainability is no longer voluntary: with the CSRD and the taxonomy Regulation it has become a legal obligation for a growing number of companies. We translate ESG principles into policies, contracts, governance and operating processes, supporting B-Corp certification paths, DEI plans, UNI/PdR 125:2022 gender certification and corporate welfare models.

Sustainability is no longer a voluntary choice: with the Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD, Directive (EU) 2022/2464) and the Taxonomy Regulation (Regulation (EU) 2020/852), it has become a regulatory obligation progressively extended to an ever-growing number of businesses. Our firm supports companies in complying with ESG reporting obligations, in pursuing B-Corp certification - which requires meeting rigorous social and environmental impact standards - and in building corporate welfare models aligned with the highest international standards. We translate ESG principles into policies, contracts, governance structures and concrete operational processes.

We integrate the DEI dimension - diversity, equity & inclusion - as a genuine strategic pillar, working on gender equality policies, inclusion plans, gender certification under UNI/PdR 125:2022 and social impact measurement systems. AI used in HR processes, supply chain assessment and ESG reporting is a sensitive area: algorithmic models can amplify gender bias and systemic discrimination, with direct implications for the credibility of sustainability disclosures. We closely monitor regulatory developments and put our clients in a position to stay ahead of emerging requirements.
