Bio
He graduated in Law from the University of Milan with top marks and honours. After initial training in administrative law, he specialised in public procurement, planning and cultural and environmental heritage law.
He went on to work at Allen & Overy and as the partner responsible for the administrative law department at the firm of Prof. Marino Bin e Associati in Turin. In 2007 he founded his own firm and began working as of counsel with SCF.
His non-contentious experience mainly involves opinions, contracts, tenders, specifications and procurement documents for public and private contracts. He has advised public bodies, public-private entities and project companies, and has taken part in numerous arbitrations and proceedings before ANAC and the Antitrust Authority.
His litigation experience has mainly been developed before administrative courts, civil courts for disputes concerning contracts and concessions, and the Court of Auditors.
