Bio
She graduated in Law from the University of Milan in 1988. She earned a PhD in Industrial Property Law from the University of Ferrara in 1995. She has practised law in Milan since 1992.
She works mainly in industrial property law, an area in which she has developed considerable experience and expertise. She advises clients on all matters relating to their intellectual property rights, including trade marks, patents and copyright, in both contentious and non-contentious proceedings.
She is a tenured Associate Professor of Industrial Property Law at the University of Milan's Faculty of Law. She has been a member of the Control Committee of the Istituto di Autodisciplina Pubblicitaria since 2007 and of the Editorial Committee of the Rivista di Diritto Industriale since 1994.
She is regularly invited to speak at conferences and lectures at postgraduate and Master's courses. She is the author of numerous publications and monographs on trade marks, patents, industrial and intellectual property and copyright.
