Bio
He graduated in Law from the University of Milan in 1988, was admitted to the Bar in 1994 and to the special register of lawyers before the Court of Cassation in 2006. He has worked as of counsel with SCF Studio Legale since 2010.
From the outset of his career his practice has focused on criminal law. He has significant experience with violent crime and traditional criminal offences, with particular focus on white-collar crime.
He specialises in medical criminal liability, criminal liability for workplace accidents, and insolvency, commercial, banking and financial offences. He is frequently invited to lecture at training courses for colleagues, honorary judges and non-specialist audiences.
He chaired the 10th Subcommittee for Bar Examinations at the Milan Court of Appeal in the 2016-2017 session.
