Bio
A member of the Milan Bar since 1995. Leading Studio Associato Cresci, she built over two decades of experience in insurance and credit litigation as trusted counsel to leading insurance companies and banks.
Having anticipated the arrival of digital transformation, she refocused her practice on innovation law, studying the impact of artificial intelligence on products, processes and services. Attentive to algorithmic fairness and responsible AI, she consolidated this path with the Master «Internet Ecosystem: governance and rights» at the University of Pisa.
Today she focuses on AI governance, cloud contracts and data security, alongside a constant commitment to gender equality and inclusion, including in its digital dimension, translated into UNI/PdR 125 certification programmes.
She provides specialist advice to the insurance sector: contracts relating to technology implementation (insurtech) and regulatory compliance obligations (GDPR, AI Act, Data Act and IVASS rules).
