Bio
She graduated with top marks in Law from the University of Trento in 2023, with a thesis in employment law and gender equality entitled The Gender Pay Gap: Definition and Legal Framework.
After an initial traineeship in Treviso, she continued her legal training with the Milan Bar Association and has worked with the firm since January 2025.
Within the firm she mainly handles corporate compliance work relating to obtaining UNI PdR 125:2022 Gender Equality Certification, employment law and family, personal and child law.
