A lawyer admitted to practise before the Court of Cassation.
For more than twenty years he has advised Italian and foreign industrial and commercial companies on corporate, commercial, employment and new technology matters. His work combines solid legal expertise with a deep understanding of business dynamics, built through years of ongoing advisory work for companies belonging to national and international groups.
He has developed specific expertise in employment law, advising companies on industrial relations, contracts, reorganisation and restructuring plans, as well as litigation and union negotiations.
He also handles M&A transactions, complex commercial contracts and digital compliance projects, with particular attention to new technology law and e-commerce regulation.
He heads the corporate advisory, contracts and obligations, employment law and new technology practice areas.
